7) Who is eligible to apply for an IFP fellowship?
Current residents of selected countries and territories outside the United States in which the Ford Foundation maintains active programs may apply. Currently, these are: Brazil, Chile, China, Egypt, Ghana, Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, Mozambique, Nigeria, Palestine, Peru, Philippines, Russia, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania, Thailand, Uganda and Vietnam.
